I have been planning a big giveaway for a long time… way too long! I meant it to be a celebration of 4,000 subscribers on YouTube, then 5,000, and now 6,000. Whatever milestone these giveaways mark, they also celebrate the many companies and especially individuals I’ve worked with in the knife and EDC community. Austin at Traditional Pocket Knives is one of the good guys in the knife community. I’ve gotten to watch him build his business up as a testament to the legacy of his grandfather, Clarence Risner, and to his own hard work. I have also enjoyed checking out and reviewing several of his exclusive knives, and love that he is bringing traditional features like jigging to modern knives and releasing modern versions of classic patterns like the Barlow. Civivi / Sencut 5/1-5/8
I think Civivi (not to mention their sister brands Sencut and We) makes the most consistent knives on the market. They’re just so well built for the price. I have had the opportunity to check out and review many of their models, and have been so impressed.
